All materials are provided by us (except for the stabiliser) and return shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 to anywhere in the U.S.
If you would like us to purchase the stabilisers as well, please provide a link to the stabilisers desired in the google form and the additional cost will be added to your paypal invoice.
